K-Pop Dreams Start Here: A Parents-Only Talk with SM Universe

Is your child constantly dancing to NCT, singing along to Taeyeon, or practicing their best idol poses in the mirror? If you’re raising a little K-pop dreamer, this upcoming event is one you won’t want to miss!

SM Universe is hosting a special parent-exclusive panel discussion titled ‘The K-Pop Dream: Should You Let Your Child Become a K-Pop Idol?’ — and it’s happening right here in Singapore!

Why Attend?

Becoming a K-pop idol isn’t all glitz and glamour. The road to debut is filled with intense training, high expectations, and tough decisions — especially for parents. This session is designed to help you understand the realities of the K-pop trainee system, straight from the experts themselves.

Hear From the Insiders:

Haein R Park, Executive Producer at SM Universe, has played a pivotal role in shaping the careers of Girls’ Generation, TAEYEON, NCT, Red Velvet, and more.

Yvone Lim, a Singaporean parent whose 16-year-old daughter, Cassa, is currently training full-time at SM Universe in Seoul, will share her first-hand experience navigating the trainee journey.

The discussion will be moderated by Rachel Lee, Marketing Director of SM Universe.
