In case you haven’t heard, Squid Game will be returning with season 2, premiering on Netflix on 26 December 2024! The series will wrap up with the third and final season in 2025.
Season 2 is set three years after the end of season 1. After winning Squid Game, Player 456 remains determined to find the people behind the game and put an end to their vicious sport. He uses his winnings to fund his search, beginning with the most obvious of leads – look for the man in a sharp suit playing ddakji in the subway. But when his efforts finally yield results, the path toward taking down the organisation proves deadlier than he imagined and the only way to end the game is to re-enter it.
