Singapore Korean Film Festival 2022

The 2022 Korean Film Festival (KFF) will be showcasing 8 titles with 15 free public screenings at Golden Village Suntec and National Gallery Singapore from 6th to 16th October 2022. Tickets are completely free and bookings will be opened to everyone on a first-come, first-served basis.

The theme of Singapore Korean Film Festival 2022 is ‘Evergreen’, which signifies reflecting on the treasured values that have not withered even in difficult times due to COVID-19.

To formally commence the festival this year, there will be a special screening of <Miracle> directed by Lee Janghoon, who will be gracing the event in person at the National Gallery Singapore. Apart from sharing insightful remarks on his experiences in producing films, Director Lee will also be partaking in the Q&A segment after the screening to answer questions from the floor. 

Singapore Korean Film Festival 2022 Schedule

Fans of Korean cinema can look forward to a line-up showcasing various genres from box-office hits, independent cinema, animation, documentary, and award-winning films. The 8 carefully selected films include “Miracle, Broker, The Book of Fish, Beauty Inside, “Mal.Mo.E-The Secret Mission, “The Road Called Life”, Duresori: The Voice of the East”, and Granny Poetry Club. The films will be screened over 15 timeslots across 2 weeks.
