This October, celebrate K-Drama Kings & Queens with Oh!K who is celebrating their 6th anniversary! The channel is hosting a K-Drama Kings and Queens special, broadcasting dramas where romance occurs in the most unlikely and unexpected situations.
If you’re a K-drama junkie, then you’d already have watched these shows but hey, a good drama is always worth rewatching right? Relive the heart-fluttering romances with Oh!K (Starhub TV Ch816, Singtel TV Ch525), with shows such as She Was Pretty (every Saturday, 6PM from 10th – 31st October) and Weightlifting Fairy (every Sunday, 6PM from 11th – 1st November). And let’s enjoy a walk through memory lane with the cast of Coffee Prince, in the documentary – My Dear Youth – Coffee Prince, where Gong Yoo, Yoon EunHye, Kim JaeWook, Lee SunKyun, Chae JungAn, and Kim DongWook, share stories and fun anecdotes of what happened on set 13 years ago.
But we’re not just focusing on the past, no. We’re also going to enjoy some new shows! Weekdays bring us a slew of new releases set to entertain with their unexpected twists and turns. Starting with Kairos (every Tuesday/Wednesday, 740PM from 27th October), where successful executive Im SeoJin finds his perfect life torn apart when his daughter is kidnapped and desperate to return to his idyllic existence, he seeks an unconventional solution – to return to the past. Wouldn’t we all like that option.
If you are looking for a different perspective on romance, Bad Love (every Tuesday to Friday, 9PM from 16th October) tells the story of how an accident changes the lives of five men and women, but unlike conventional, heart-warming love stories, their love is frowned upon. However, despite the pressure, they are unable to stop themselves. I don’t know about you but that synopsis is intriguing!
