Start your September right with the movie EXIT which has been dominating the Korean box office since its release last month! The movie, starring Jo Jung Suk and Girls’ Generation’s Yoona, is an action comedy film brought to you by the same team that produced Extreme Job, another hit movie earlier this year. If you had watched Extreme Job and enjoyed it, then you know that you’re in for two hours of laughter at the theatres!
Synopsis of EXIT:
EXIT centres around the character Yong Nam (played by Jo Jung Suk), an unemployed man whose hobby is rock climbing. For his mother’s 70th birthday, he decides to host a party at a convention hall where he ends up bumping into his old crush, Eui Joo (played by Yoona). Yong Nam and Eui Joo used to be fellow members in the rock climbing club back in their university days, but Yong Nam has never moved on from his crush. When a mysterious white gas envelops an entire district in Seoul, the pair need to use their rock climbing skills to get everyone to safety.
