Hwang Chiyeul to hold ‘Starry Night’ Concert in Singapore this August
If his appearance on Mnet Korea’s I can See Your Voice was a turning point for Hwang Chiyeul, his participation in Hunan TV’s I Am A Singer (Season 4) was the real game changer. After a successful mini concert ‘A date with Hwang Chiyeul’ in Singapore last May, the charismatic singer will be returning to Singapore this August for his ‘Starry Night’ concert.
