How to Redeem a Pair of Concert Tickets:
1. From 15 September, customers who shop at any of The Shilla Duty Free stores at Changi Airport T1, T2, and T3 or online at iShopChangi.com will be able to redeem a pair of tickets to the Shilla Beauty Concert when they either:
- Spend S$700 to be entitled to one pair of Tier 1 tickets; or
- Spend S$500 to be entitled to one pair of Tier 2 tickets.
2. Fill in the form to register your qualifying receipt.
3. You will receive an auto reply to confirm your submission.
4. Once your entry has been verified, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with instructions on ticket delivery.
Do note that redemption is limited to one pair per qualifying receipt. Ticket issuance is strictly limited to the first 2,000 registrations. While stocks last.
All registered entries will be verified and tickets will only be issued upon successful verification. Late entries, incomplete or invalid information, and duplicate entries will be disqualified.

Q: I have registered for the concert tickets and received an acknowledgement email. When will I receive ticket confirmation?
A: Please allow 4 weeks for verification. You will receive a confirmation e-mail by 10 November once your registration is verified and deemed valid.
Q: How will I be able to collect my tickets once they are confirmed?
A: For registrants residing in Singapore, tickets will be sent via registered mail to the address provided on the online form. Requests for other delivery methods or pick up will not be entertained. nFor registrants residing overseas, tickets will be available for collection at the event venue on 24 November 2017. Unclaimed tickets will be forfeited. Photo ID bearing the registrant’s name has to be presented at the point of collection.
Q: How long will this promotion last?
A: This promotion is while stocks last, and tickets are limited to the first 2,000 valid registrations on a first-come-first-served basis.
Q: I have made a qualifying purchase in The Shilla Duty Free store. When must I register for tickets by?
A: Only transactions made from 15 September 2017 will be deemed as qualifying purchases. All registrations must be submitted by 23:59 hours on 15 October 2017 (GMT+8.00). All registered entries will be verified and tickets will only be issued upon successful verification. Late entries, incomplete or invalid information, and duplicate entries will be disqualified.
Q: I made a qualifying purchase on iShopChangi.com. How do I register for tickets?
A: For qualifying purchases made on iShopChangi.com, you will receive your pair of concert tickets when you collect your purchase at the iShopChangi collection centres or at The Shilla Duty Free arrival stores where you input your flight details and preferred collection location.
Q: How many pairs of tickets am I entitled to receive?
A: Each qualifying receipt will be entitled to receive 1 pair of Tier 1 or Tier 2 tickets, depending on the amount spent.
Q: Can I purchase tickets outright?
A: No, tickets can only be obtained through The Shilla Duty Free or the iShopChangi.com promotion as stated above.
