There wasn’t a dull moment during the hour-long meet-and-greet session as fans screamed love confessions and words of affections to the charismatic actor. In return, Kang Ha Neul gave finger hearts, winks and flashed his gummy smile, to the delight of many.
Have you ever wondered what it is like to go on a date with Hang Ha Neul? During the meet-and-greet session, five lucky fans were given the opportunity to experience first-hand what it is like to ‘date’ the actor and bask in his sole attention.
Just imagine taking selfies with Kang Ha Neul, having your hair tied by the actor and being on the receiving end of a serenade. If these aren’t enough to make you jealous, what about receiving a drama-type back (and front) hug and a round of intense (though awkward) loving gaze from the charming actor.
It is not uncommon for Korean artistes to learn bits and pieces of Singlish and flaunting them on the spot. This time around, the catch phrase is ‘sayang’ and Kang Ha Neul no doubt learnt well as he patted the lucky fan’s head after tying her hair, to ‘sayang’ her. He also addressed his fans as his ‘sayangs’ when he thanked them before leaving the venue with a final wave.
Kang Ha Neul’s interactions with fans were earnest and full of sincerity. He made sure he had eye contact with every single one who called his name and responded with finger hearts and his signature gummy smile. He also did not reject hug and selfie requests, graciously acceding when asked. The most memorable incident that happened during the meet-and-greet was when he took off his blazer and covered the lucky fan when giving her a hug. These small and seemingly insignificant actions just go to shows how thoughtful and considerate he was. Thumbs up to Kang Ha Neul! All we can say now is that he is indeed ideal boyfriend material.
