Details of CAT1 VIP Ticket Launch:
Date: 23 July 2016, Saturday
Time: 10AM to 2PM
Venue: Big Box Level 1 Information Counter (Next to Hyper Mart Side Entrance/Taxi Stand Entrance)
Each person is entitled to purchase a maximum of 4 tickets at the ticket launch at Big Box. Please note that only cash is accepted during the ticket launch. Do bring along the exact change, which is S$188+S$4 per ticket.
All CAT1 VIP Ticket Holders will be entitled to a Gfriend L.O.L Singapore Showcase 2016 Round Neck T-Shirt (Free Size), Tote Bag, Pen and a rehearsal pass.
All CAT1 VIP Ticket Holders are also guaranteed to either a High Touch Pass or Group Photo-Op [15pax per group photo] with Gfriend via a Lucky Draw.
*Details for High Touch & Photo-Op will be announced at a later date.
*Please note that tickets are sold on a first come first serve basis while available. Any unsold CAT1 VIP tickets will be available via Mega Box Tickets on 27 July 2016.

100 CAT2 lucky buddies will be entitled a Rehearsal Pass (2 songs) and another 80 lucky buddies (from all Categories) will receive autographed event posters!
Details of CAT2 and 3 Ticket Sales:
Ticket sales for CAT2 and 3 (and any unsold CAT1 VIP tickets from the ticket launch) will be available for sale from 27 July 2016 (Wednesday), 12PM via Mega Box Tickets or onsite at Level 1 Info Counter at Big Box.

When does the official queue start for CAT1 VIP tickets at BIGBOX Level 1?
The official start of queue sign will be put up at 9AM on 23 July. Ticket sales for CAT1 only starts at 10AM SHARP. Early overnight queueing is not permitted at Big Box.
Can we select the seats to purchase at the ticket launch at BIGBOX?
Yes, you can select your preferred available seats that you wish to purchase. (However, TAP urge that you do not hold up the queue while making your selection.)
What about tickets purchased via www.megaboxtickets.com?
Yes, you can select your preferred available seats. However, you have 10 minute to make your purchase.
Will there be an extension stage or catwalk for the fanmeet?
No, there will not be any.
Will there be a Mosh Pit for the fanmeet?
No. The event will not feature any Mosh Pits.
Will there be Official Gfriend merchandise on sale at the event?
This will be announced at a later date.
How long will the event be?
Approximately 100 minutes.
Are we allowed to record videos or take photos during the event?
Both videography and photography are not permitted during the event.
Can we select if we want Hi-Touch or Photo Op pass with Gfriend?
No, the organizers will select based on a lucky draw. This is agreed by the organizers and Korean management to make it fair to all the fans.
Is the Hi-Touch/Photo Op pass transferable?
The Hi-Touch and Photo Op pass is strictly not transferable and NOT for sale.
