Maximum of 8 tickets per transaction.
How does the Standing Pen queue number system works?
The queue number system is implemented to discourage overnight queuing. Queue numbers will be generated by the ticketing system and printed on the tickets.
Entry into the venue for the standing pen will be based on assigned queue numbers. We wish to highlight that queue numbers are programmed like seat numbers in the ticketing system (assigned on a first come first serve basis). The queue numbers will be confirmed upon a successful transaction. In some cases, queue numbers are not in order, especially during peak sale when there are multiple purchases at the same time. However, tickets purchased in a single transaction will be allocated queue numbers in running order.
On the concert day, there will be a holding area (to be announced) for the Standing Pen ticket holders. The holding area will open at 5pm (subject to change) on Friday 24 June 2016, 3hrs before show time. Standing Pen ticket holders should queue up at the holding area according to the signage and the sequence of queuing number as printed on the ticket. Admission into the venue starts at 6.30pm (subject to change) on Friday 24 June 2016, 1.5 hours before show time (subject to change). Standing Pen ticket holders in the holding area will be admitted according to the queuing number. The queue number on the ticket will no longer be valid at 6.15pm (subject to change) on Friday 24 June 2016. Standing Pen ticket holders who arrive after 6.15pm would be required to enter the venue after all the ticket holders within the holding area have been admitted.
Crowd Safety Officers will be around to maintain order and provide assistance.
Are the seats elevated?
Yes, the seats are elevated.
I bought seated tickets. When can I enter the venue?
Admission into the venue starts at 7pm (subject to change) for seated ticket holders.
What does the VIP ticket include?
Each VIP ticket holder will be entitled to 1 exclusive laminated pass & lanyard and 1 lucky draw chance for fan benefit event.
When can I collect the laminated pass & lanyard?
Redemption will be on the concert day at the venue. The details will be posted on One Production Facebook page 1 week before the concert.
Who can participate in the lucky draw?
This lucky draw is open to all VIP ticket holders only.
Does it mean that I might not be able to participate in the fan benefit event even if I have bought the VIP tickets.
Yes, only 500 VIP ticket holders can participate in the Hi-Touch event and another 100 VIP ticket holders can participate in the Fansign event.
So if I have bought 1 VIP ticket, I will not be able to participate in both Hi-Touch and Fansign event? Each VIP ticket will be entitled to 1 lucky draw chance. You will get a chance to win either Hi-Touch or Fansign.
How do you select the winners for the Hi-Touch and Fansign event?
The winners will be randomly selected through a lucky draw. There will be 500 winners for Hi-Touch and 100 winners for Fansign. You will not be able to choose which event you want to participate in.
When will I know if I am the lucky winner?
The list of winners will be posted on One Production Facebook page 1 week before the event. We will be announcing the winners based on their standing numbers or seat details.
When is the Hi-Touch and Fansign event?
The Hi-Touch and Fansign event will be held on 23rd June 2016 evening. Event details (time/venue) for the Hi-Touch and Fansign will be posted on One Production Facebook page 1 week before the event.
Why am I not entitled to a guaranteed fan benefit when I purchase a VIP ticket? GOT7 1st CONCERT “FLY IN SINGAPORE” is GOT7 first full-fledged concert in Singapore.
The scale of production for a full-fledged concert is different from a fan meeting. There are many factors involved when determining a concert ticket pricing. The fan benefit is determined by the artiste management.
Will you be bringing in official merchandise?
We do not have any information at the moment. Once we receive an update from the artiste management, we will post it on Facebook.
