Details of CAT1 VIP Ticket Launch:
Date: 9 April 2016, Saturday
Time: 10AM to 3PM
Venue: Big Box Level 1 Information Counter (Next to Hyper Mart Side Entrance/Taxi Stand Entrance)
Each person is entitled to purchasing a maximum of 4 tickets at the ticket launch at BIG BOX. Please note that ONLY CASH is accepted during the ticket launch. Do bring the exact change.
All CAT1 VIP Ticket Holders are guaranteed to a Hi-Touch Pass with VIXX.
*Details for Hi-Touch will be announced at a later date.
*Please note that tickets are sold on a first come first serve basis while available. Any unsold CAT1 VIP tickets will be available via Mega Box Tickets on 12 April 2016.
Details of CAT2, 3, 4 and 5 Ticket Sales:
Ticket sales for CAT2, 3, 4 and 5 will be available for sale from 12 April 2016 (Tuesday), 12PM via Mega Box Tickets.

When does the official queue start for CAT1 VIP tickets at BIGBOX Level 1?
The official queue sign will be put up at 9AM on 9th April. Ticket sales for CAT1 VIP only starts at 10AM.
Can we select the seats to purchase at the ticket launch at BIGBOX?
Yes, you can select your preferred available seats that you wish to purchase. (However, TAP urge that you do not hold up the queue while making your selection.)
What about tickets purchased via www.megaboxtickets.com?
www.megaboxtickets.com system allocates the best seats available based on your category of choice and offers a few options for you to decide within a certain time after which the system will expire and you will have to re-log in. (This does not ensure that the previous offered seats are still available.)
Will there be an extension stage or catwalk for the fanmeet?
Yes, there will be an extension stage at the left and right side of the stage.
Will there be a Mosh Pit for the fanmeet?
No. The event in Singapore will not feature any Mosh Pits.
Will there be Official VIXX merchandise on sale on the event day?
Yes, there will be merchandise on sale. An official list and pricing will be announced at a later date.
How long will the event be?
Approximately 120 minutes.
Are we allowed to record videos or take photos during the event?
Both videography and photography are not permitted during the event.
Is the Hi-Touch pass transferable?
No, the Hi-Touch passes are strictly not transferable and NOT for sale.
