Singapore-Korean girl group SKarf returned to Singapore over the past weekend for a series of promotional events, performing on Mediacorp Channel 5’s 2013 Countdown show Celebrate 2013, having a Meet & Greet session at 100AM Shopping Mall on 1st January and at Bugis+ yesterday.
During the Meet & Greet, leader Tasha reiterated that SKarf will be returning to the Kpop scene with a new album, set to be released in February. Each of the members described the comeback concept in a word – Ferlyn said “Exciting!”, Tasha: “Bright.”, JooA: “Amazing!”, Jenny: “Happy!”, and Hana: “Beautiful!”
It was also announced that SKarf joins the line-up of celebrity ambassadors for the Samsung GALAXY Camera, which also includes Mediacorp artiste Desmond Tan. The girls demonstrated how to use the cameras on the spot, and also shared that they have using the cameras in their daily lives, uploading the photos on SNS channels instantly and getting response, utilizing the camera’s 3G+Wifi function.
With the recent member change after the departure of Sol and addition of JooA (the new lead vocal) and Hana, we look forward to see what new concept they will be bringing to the table.
