- The MTV World Stage Live in Malaysia 2012 concert pass is strictly not for sale and is valid only on 14 July 2012.
- Pass holder who is 13 years old or below is to be accompanied by an adult (aged 21 years and above) who must also have a pass to the event.
- It is a freestanding, rain or shine event.
- There will be bag checks conducted at the door.
- Cameras, video recorders and all other recording devices, helmets, long umbrellas and other sharp, flammable and dangerous objects and controlled substances are strictly prohibited.
- Alcoholic drinks and outside door are not allowed in the venue.
