Korean Festivals are well-loved as not only do Korean lovers get to try Korean foods, there’s lots of Korean activities for one to take part in and prizes to be won, of course! Faith & D Entertainment is organizing this event “Culture We Love: Korean Festival”, a 7-day event celebrates all things Korean. There are lots of things planned – read on for more details!
Dates: 12 – 18 March 2012
Venue: City Square Mall, Level 1 Atrium
General Activities:
- Korean made merchandise will be sold
- Korean traditional games for all ages (free!)
- Hanbok dressing and photo taking (free!)
- Stage activities including skincare and cosmetic workshops, culinary workshops, K-Pop and cultural performances
Opening Ceremony
Opening Ceremony will be held to mark the inaugural Culture We Love: Korean Festival 2012. During the Ceremony, there will be live performances to celebrate the joyous occasion. All are welcome! A total of 100 goodie bags will be given to visitors who join in the celebration.

Contests!
K-Pop Star Talent Contest
For: Anyone who can do one of the following:
– Sing Korean songs
– Impersonate or look like one of the K-Pop idols.
24 contestants/groups will compete at Semi Finals on the 17th, and 12 will be selected to compete at the Finals the next day on the 18th, at City Square Mall.
Prizes
1st Prize: A pair of return economy air ticket to Korea
2nd Prize: Tony Moly hamper worth $400
3rd Prize: Tony Moly hamper worth $200

Korea Is Beautiful Photo Contest
For: Anyone who has taken beautiful pictures of Korea.
15 entries will be selected to exhibit at the Culture We Love: Korean Festival 2012.
1st, 2nd and 3rd Prize as well as the “Most Popular Korea Is Beautiful” photo will receive Samsung camera. 3 Consolation Prize will be selected from the finalists; each winner will receive spa voucher.
