(x)clusive!: Cheerful B1A4, from Arrival to Meeting the Fans (Part 1)

“Let’s Fly! B1A4! Hello, we’re B1A4!” The cheering greeting can none other be from the five energetic boys of B1A4 – Jinyoung, CNU, Sandeul, Baro and Gongchan. From their arrival on Sunday until the end of their Showcase yesterday. they have shown no less of the friendliness of a close friend – always ready to smile and interact with their fans.

First appearance in Singapore at Changi Airport

The amount of people who turned up for B1A4 clearly showed the popularity of this new boygroup – take a look at our video coverage to see how it went! The arrival hall was filled with fans armed with cute fanboards and the boys looked really surprised at the amount of fans who turned up.

Meeting with the Press

The B1A4 boys displayed their professionalism by turning up at the press conference venue (on Mount Faber, with much thanks to Jewel Box) on time, and politely greeted everyone they met. They had actually gone on a cable car ride right before that and mentioned that it was really enjoyable; the only catch was member Baro was afraid of heights!

When asked how does B1A4 stand out from the large number of new groups debutting, they boys said that instead of training as band mates, they treat each other as friends. They also showed their indivduality by introducing themselves in a variety of cute and charismatic poses:

As reported by us and known by their fans, B1A4 and Block B have been filming a reality TV show on MTV named Match Up, where both groups pit their skills against each other and displayed their competitive edge. At the question “If B1A4 was to exchange a member with Block B, who will it be?”
the boys were stumped and looked undecided – seems like the boys were really close and thus couldn’t decide.

Meet and Greet with Fans – armed with tons of presents!

The boys were greeted by fans who filled not only the first floor, but even spread to the second to fourth floor of Illuma as they tried to get a glimpse of the boys! The hundreds of fans who attended the Hi-5 and autograph session were indeed impressive – almost everyone prepared bags of presents for each member!

Without fail, all 5 B1A4 members turned up with cheery smiles as they greeted the Singapore fans officially for the first time. The boys even did their famous “beansprout dance” upon request, making fan girls scream really loudly over their cuteness – really a benefit for groups with young members!

Every fan was greeted with a smile from the boys as they received their autographs; all the boys accepted the presents on the spot, some even immediately put on the presents on them – CNU had a sparkling pink ribbon headband, Sandeul had a green neck rest at a point of time, a Hello Kitty watch and a Minnie Mouse soft toy.

With their last greeting before the Meet and Greet ended, the boys sent out their love again, and Sandeul also said, “We’re really thankful of your love and please continue to support us until we come again, alright?”
